Problem of the Day!

Hi john,

See my recommendations.

Error/Problem:
Sorry, you appear to be behind a firewall and currently unable to use the Yahoo! Webcam service..

Resolution:
1) Go to Start Button
2) Control Panel
3) Windows FIrewall
4) Off - Turn it Off

If that fails, try this:
1) Go to Messenger menu (of YM)
2) Preferences
3) Connections
4) Select No Proxies
